1970's
Early 70's
In the centre we can see E R Coles presenting his E R Coles Scratch Trophy.
I am reliably informed that Mr Coles was known as 'Biff' Coles and held many positions within the club including Club Secretary, committee member and Treasurer.
Do you know who the other two members were? We know that the gentleman on the right was a non playing snooker captain but we don't have a name as yet?

In 1978, this was the first Petersfield Team to secure all 3 major trophies in the Midhurst and District Snooker League; we have managed to track down an old paper cutting from the Petersfield Post which can be seen below.
